Ticket/voucher holders

If you have a ticket or voucher that you would like to use to book a visit to us with, please read through the below to find out how you can use your ticket or voucher.

TICKETS OR VOUCHERS

If you have a ticket or voucher to come and visit us, please see the below instructions for how and when you can use these:

• If your voucher reference begins with AD, AO or P: please select the relevant ticket on our visitor booking page and add to your basket with a donation if desired. Once you reach the checkout page it will ask you ‘if you have a voucher code please enter it here’. Type in your ticket voucher reference and click apply. You will then be able to checkout or continue shopping.
• Your ticket reference begins ‘CO’: please see below information about free tickets.
• Your ticket reference begins ‘D’: please call us on 01264 773850 or email info@hawkconservancy.org as these tickets cannot be booked online.

FREE TICKETS ISSUED FOR ADOPTERS

Thank you for adopting one of our birds. If you have not used your free ticket that was issued as part of your adoption, please call a member of our team on 01264 773850 and we can pre-book your visit.

TESCO VOUCHERS

Tesco Vouchers – You cannot pre-book to use your exchanged Tesco Clubcard vouchers at the Hawk Conservancy Trust.  Simply bring them with you when you visit. We require all Tesco Clubcard voucher holders to exchange their vouchers for the value of our admission price, including 10% donation.

AFTERNOON TEA WITH ADMISSION VOUCHERS

If you have a voucher for this experience and would like to book, please call 01264 773850. This cannot be booked online.

CARERS

If you are visiting as a carer accompanying a visitor will special needs, please call our team on 01264 773850 to book your visits. Carer tickets cannot be booked online.
