As a charity, your support through attending this event and purchasing gifts, food and drink at the Trust is greatly appreciated, and allows us to continue our mission to conserve birds of prey and their habitats.

Other useful information about this event:

A mix of lighting, sound and special effects, alongside live actors in our Woodland and Savannah arenas will create a spooky atmosphere for this Halloween show. We advise parental discretion to be used when attending this event with very young children. There will be no ‘jump scares’.

What should I wear?
We have a natural countryside setting: sensible footwear and appropriate clothing for outdoors is recommended. Most walkways are laid paths; however, you may find some natural unevenness when moving around the Trust. This event will be held outside so please come dressed for the weather.

Do I need to bring anything?
You can bring a small torch with you; we ask that you switch them off during the displays and that you don’t shine them into the aviaries. Padded mats to sit on will be given to you to borrow, but you are welcome to bring your own or a cushion. Padded mats are also available to purchase from the Trust Shop.

Can I take photos during the event?
Yes, you are welcome to take photos. We’d love to see them – please share them with us on social media after the event. Please note flash photography is not permitted around our birds or when they are flying as part of this event.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, we can cater for most requirements. If you have not already notified us of any such requirements, please email info@hawkconservancy.org at least one week in advance of the event to notify us.

The Trust reserves the right to vary the content and format of any event, without notice, if necessary. Terms and conditions apply.
