Pre-booking recommended

Pre-booking your visit is advised (for members and non-members) if you would like to guarantee your visit for a chosen date.  Based on customer feedback, we have chosen to keep a capacity limit in place to provide a little extra space for all.  It is possible to visit without pre-booking and pay at reception on arrival, subject to spaces being available. If we are fully booked, we will not be able to let you come in.  Pre-book your tickets now (tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable).

Flying displays

Witness some of the most exciting bird of prey flying demonstrations in the world! Each display takes place in a different arena with a different team of birds. You can expect to get very close to our birds as they swoop over your head whilst our passionate and knowledgeable team will provide a light-hearted and informative commentary.

Dogs

Dogs are not permitted except for assistance dogs.  If you would like to visit with an assistance dog, please call in advance so that we can arrange for a member of our team to meet you on your arrival to advise how to make the most of your day while keeping our birds comfortable.
