Payment is collected through PayPal, whom we believe to present a safe and secure payment solution. If you do not have a PayPal account, their system will prompt you for the information needed to make a regular credit card purchase, and allow you to create a PayPal account at that time. Creation of a PayPal account is optional and you do not have to create one to complete your secure credit card transaction.

The Gift Aid visitor price includes a voluntary 10% donation to our conservation and research programmes. If you're a UK taxpayer and you make a donation that is 10% more than the entry fee the Inland Revenue will give us an extra 28% on top of your donation. It's called a Gift Aid visit and it makes a massive difference to attractions like us. Before making a Gift Aid purchase please read the important gift aid information at the bottom of the page. Gift Aid Information:

1. You must pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax the charity reclaims on your donations in the tax year (currently 28p for each £1 you give)
2. You can cancel this declaration at any time by notifying the charity.
3. If in the future your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income/capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that the charity reclaims, you can cancel your declaration (see note 1)
4. If you pay tax at the higher rate you can reclaim further tax relief in your self assessment tax return.
5. If you are unsure whether your donations qualify for Gift Aid relief, as the charity, or ask your local tax office for leaflet IR65
6. Please notify the charity if you change your name or address.
